Uncertainty Principles are at the foundation of quantum mechanics. In this talk, we discuss the sharp constants and optimizers of the uncertainty principles and the L2-Caffarelli-Kohn-Nirenberg inequalities for scalar functions as well as for curl-free vector fields. We also address quantitative stability results for the Heisenberg-Pauli-Weyl inequality. This is joint work with Cristian Cazacu and Joshua Flynn.
讲座人简介:Nguyen Lam,现任加拿大纽芬兰纪念大学(Memorial University of Newfoundland) Assistant Professor, 几何不等式专家。主要研究方向包括Hardy不等式,Trudinger-Moser不等式,Caffarelli-Kohn-Nirenberg不等式等。相关研究工作发表在Adv. Math, T. Am. Math. Soc., Proc. Amer. Math. Soc., J. Geom. Anal等国际著名期刊共50余篇,并获得加拿大NSERC Discovery Grant.
讲座题目2:Moser-Trudinger inequalities on Riemannian manifolds

In this talk I will report some recent progress on Moser-Trudinger type inequalities on manifolds. These manifolds include hyperbolic spaces, some product manifolds and complete Riemannian manifold satisfying certain geometric assumptions. These results are joint work with Guozhen Lu and Qiaohua Yang.
讲座人简介:李俊钢,现任美国布朗大学(Brown University) Tamarkin Assistant Professor,主要研究方向为几何不等式,如双曲空间,乘积流形上的Trudinger-Moser不等式,Adams不等式等。相关工作发表在Adv. Math, T. Am. Math. Soc., Calc.Var. Partial. Differential Equations等国际著名SCI学术期刊。
