陈明华，男，1986年6月出生，福建福安人。宁夏大学信息与计算科学专业本科毕业； 兰州大学计算数学专业硕士毕业；2012年9月至今在兰州大学计算数学专业攻读博士学位，其中2014年8月至今在哥伦比亚大学攻读联合培养博士学位，师从伍渝江、邓伟华、杜强教授。研究方向：计算数学。
